Shot One: LET THE CRITIQUES BEGIN!

Ok, so here we go.  I have been working on my model in 3DsMax and got it pretty far with full body and limbs.  These shots are shots from Zbrush with the body hidden.  I haven’t really done any work on it yet and have just hap-hazardly shoved things in place.  As for the face, which I am showing, I am aware of lots of problems.  That said, LET THE CRITIQUES BEGIN!

    Adding a note:

The front reference image is symmetrical and has been derived from an asymmetrical photo. I am using this for modeling then going in after for asymmetry.

  • i’m leaving work, but i’ll post the things I notice right away! his eyes are too close. his nose goes in too gradually from the nostrils to the bridge. and his mouth is too wide and needs more of a point at the corners (with the lips).

    But good progress so far!!

  • He looks good but I agree with lindsey I think his lips ar two wide and i think the top lip is to thick it needs to be thinned in and narrowed a bit. Also his ears are to high.
